Plain-language summary first. We've highlighted the essentials in callouts. The full, lawyer-reviewed text follows beneath each section. If anything is unclear, write to [email protected].

1. Quick summary

In shortWe use a small set of essential cookies to keep you signed in and checkout working. Functional and analytics cookies are opt-in from the cookie banner, and you can toggle them anytime in Settings → Privacy.

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones Servygo uses, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. What's a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies let sites remember things between visits — like your sign-in status, your preferred language, or the contents of your cart.

We also use related technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, and IndexedDB) for the same purposes. For simplicity, we'll call all of them "cookies" in this policy.

3. How we use them

In shortTo run the platform (essential), to remember your preferences (functional), and to understand how the product is used in aggregate (analytics).

Some cookies are required for the Services to function — without them, you couldn't sign in or complete checkout. Others are optional and improve your experience or help us improve Servygo over time.

4. Cookie categories

Below is a complete list of cookies and similar technologies we use, grouped by category. You can manage opt-in categories in Settings → Privacy.

5. Third-party cookies

In shortStripe and Mapbox set a few cookies needed for checkout and live maps. Postmark uses a tracking pixel to record email opens.

Some pages embed services from trusted partners (Stripe for payments, Mapbox for maps, Postmark for transactional emails). These partners may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies. We don't allow third-party advertising cookies on Servygo.

6. How to control them

You have several options:

  • Cookie banner. Choose your preferences when you first visit. You can change them anytime via the "Cookie preferences" link in our footer.
  • Settings → Privacy. Toggle marketing, personalisation, and analytics cookies. Essential cookies cannot be disabled — the Services won't work without them.
  • Browser controls. Most browsers let you block cookies or delete them after each session. Note: blocking essential cookies will sign you out of Servygo.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify you via the cookie banner if material changes affect your consent.
